easy access to depaul, perfect place to stay if you are doing anything on campus. When I arrived, the place was toasty warm in the middle of winter. Good wifi.

The train does make noise. I might have adjusted with more than one night but it was a challenge for our party.

Perfect location! Having access to a designated parking space was clutch!

This is a cute apartment on Sheffield right off of Diversey. Very close to the Brown Line, which made travel very easy. The place was extremely clean, and the decor and amenities made my husband, son and me feel at home very quickly. Our bed was so comfy and warm, it was hard to get up in the morning for work. We brought what we thought we needed for cooking, but we could have left the spices at home as there were a bunch in the kitchen cabinets already. This location is also very close to a Potbelly, Rosati's, Lou Malnati's and other restaurants if visitors don't feel like cooking. Free WiFi, in-unit laundry, fluffy towels -- all these amenities made our stay quite comfortable. There is also a foosball table and board games for more entertainment options. We didn't have any problems while we were there, but the host responded quickly to our questions and welcomed us over the phone. Check-out was easy peasy. We would definitely stay here again if we needed another break from our house.

This is more a tip than something we didn't like. This location is close to the Diversey Brown Line Station, so you can hear the trains on the tracks. We live in the city, so we are used to that kind of noise and it didn't bother us, but if you're not, bring ear plugs. Just a heads-up for those who are light sleepers. We slept great!

The entire floor was absolutely beautiful! The location was perfect for what we had planned for the night we stayed. You cant go wrong with this location and choice. The owner was so nice and helpful! I will DEFINITELY be coming back to stay here when im in chicago next time.

I have no complaints!

The owner was very reachable to answer any questions or concerns. It was quite spacious; it had more room than we needed, but it was a great deal. It was also only a 20 minute drive (maximum) from anywhere we needed to go. If you purchase the reserved parking, you get to park inside the garage which was very beneficial in the cold, windy weather.

The furnace went out while we were there, but it was during one of the coldest cold snaps, and the host was very apologetic. It never got too cold though. There is also a train nearby, but it did not bother me at all; ear plugs were in the building if the train does bother you.

I booked the penthouse for my birthday. The location was was amazing the out side of the building was wight so it was easy to find. The house was every clean. The Chase Lounge was amazing it was so cozy my girl friend and I enjoy cuddling on it. The house as my bars and restaurant nearby. Parking was a breeze because you can park on property or there's a parking garage down the street. The penthouse house ower was amazing even call us to make shore we got there safely. I look forward to booking with him again
