Lincoln Park 3 BR Penthouse

Location is perfect, lots to do in a 4 min walk.

Property was centrally located. Everything nearby was extremely convenient.

The place was well put together with a lot of amenities

Good location, nice view, large place, good facilities. Communications with owner clear and responds well to extra questions. I got lucky with parking, right infront of house was a spot. Sometimes people may not so lucky, so one may have to park in paid place that is close nearby? Wifi, TV, comfortable furniture arrangements.

Metro is very close (good), so trains go by (metro train sound in late evening). I am not disturbed, but the lightest-of-sleepers should probably not sleep in the bedroom in this penthouse that is closest to the metro, instead sleep in the other bedrooms away from metro direction.

Already reviewed this before: I stayed here again, it was nice.

Nothing, we arrived as scheduled, but could not access the place. After an hour of trying to contact the owner (did not answer the phone and app contact was slow) they informed us the place was not available due to damage by previous user.

Did not get access, we had to book a hotel at an additional $150 cost to us.

The art is funky and the house is cozy.

Nothing negative stood out to us. (We're used to the sound of the train.)

was spacious, and open space. Gave detailed instructions and was welcoming. Nice, quiet neighborhood

was not as clean as needed especially the bathroom curtains. other than that it was a nice space and beds for comfortable.
