"Overall excellent property! Would stay here again in the future!"

Excellent location in the neighborhood with easy access to everything! Such a beautiful building with lots of updates in the townhome. Parking was very convenient.

The sheets were stained on two of the three beds and the furniture was heavily worn. Also, there was tape on the walls from previous renters and the fridge was dirty.

A well-appointed & versatile space. Inviting atmosphere without any bells & whistles that feels familiar without trying to. Practical furniture. Tasteful, comfortable, no frills; the setup helps make the most of the space for your needs. I got great sleep in that bed too, which is uncommon for me in new spaces. I very much appreciated the genuine congruency between the listing & actual property. Nothing felt like it was oversold or undertold. Also, the location! 2-3 blocks from the Fullerton & Diversey L stations, and locally owned & unique food drinks & more in every direction. Would make a great spot for visiting a DePaul student

The TV was too big. Lol just kidding. It is a big one, but fits its setting well. Prompt 10 am checkout was a little rigid but not the end of the world

Very spacious and homey, location is great for access to just about anything you can think of from shopping to food. The host was great with communication and the house has great amenities for the stay.
