Very clean and spacious in a good location with a great supermarket within walking distance and a variety of interesting neighbourhood restaurants nearby.

Generally under equipped. There was not enough cutlery, kitchenware, etc. for 4 people. Not enough, and there were no spare pillows, and the mattress was soft and uncomfortable. Not enough towels for the length of our stay. If all above remedied, it would have been a 5* stay. All above are easy fixes, so hopefully, future guests will benefit.

Beds

Ceiling leaked twice in the hallways..passcode didn't work for 2 of the days..got locked out.. bathroom tiles weren't attached..smoke alarms were either missing or covered.. cupboards in the kitchen fell off.. stripped screws..water pressure sucks..

Very spacious. Gated parking garage. Comfortable beds. Big kitchen.

Neighbors above me were very loud throughout my stay. Could constantly hear them walking and running around.

No breakfast or meals included! Did leave coffee and a Keurig! One of the main bathrooms didn’t flush but luckily there was another one there. Soft mattresses and pillows though!

The parking lot was scary looking- burnt out police car to the side as you entered! I was afraid to get out of the car and every door in the garage was locked! The instructions weren’t clear enough as to what level the Only entrance to the inside of the building was!

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment that was fully equipped. Loved the kitchen and washer/dryer - we did not run out of clean clothes on our trip :) Excellent customer service - very responsive! We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you :)

Lack of counter space or storage in the bedrooms - there was no where to put my things on. A full length mirror would have been nice too. Also, the water turned cold after two people showering - had to wait a while for water to heat up. Other than that, everything was great!

location, marihuana smell in corridors every single night, unfinished apartment, nothing lux about it, pictures on booking deceitful, there were 2 TV’s on pictures but only one in living room. fire alarms not connected properly, beds look nothing like in pictures.
