Our room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The location was convenient. We appreciated the proximity to the supermarket to buy food, which we could prepare in the well equipped kitchen. It was also doable to reach the Elizabeth train station to get into New York Manhattan. Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive and helpful, although sometimes tricky, since it was only possible via email/SMS. However, their friendliness contributed to the positive atmosphere. In summary, our experience was very positive, and we would consider staying here again if we return to the area. Thanks to the team for making our visit comfortable.

The property was clean and spacious.

There were ants mainly in the kitchen area. Minimal but unacceptable for a place like this at the given cost.

Wouldn’t call it ‘luxury’ anymore, with scrapes and holes and plaster repairs on every wall. Zero water pressure (water just trickled out of taps, waterfall shower head with no pressure was rubbish). Not enough plates for four people. No tea towel, two rolls of toilet paper and only four towels (one threadbare) for four people staying seven nights. Mattress on bed badly needs replaced - super soft and no support. Broken floorboard that we reported, but declined to have fixed while we were staying, to avoid disruption.
