Clean big apartment with indoor parking Good A/C

No reception Good response from the owner but no active staff in the building to take the action directly Need to add more equipment for coke & add hangers to the wash rooms Need cabinet or hangers for the clothes

The fact my apartment was not ready at 5pm for check in Didn't get a new apartment till after 8pm I traveled with my grandchildren ages 7 and 2 it was a trip to celebrate the 7yr. Birthday

Large apartment. Good for the price.

There were some maintenence issues that were promptly dealt with by the host.

Great location, easy to get into NYC. Free parking and good-sized apartment. The host was very responsive but unfortunately didn't really help.

The place is not well maintained. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, the floor in the kitchen was broken, handles in the bathroom were broken too, there was no electricity power in the bedrooms' outlets. All the window's blinds were broken, and there was so much light coming into the rooms. We were 5 people, but there were no extra linens for the sofa beds in the living room. Despite my constant requests, we only received them at the last night (out of 3 nights). We paid extra for late check-out ( 1pm) but were told at 12:30 that the cleaning crew is already waiting for us to leave. Overall, we definitely felt that the place was overpriced for what we received.

Very Clean and accessible.

Neighbors very noisy and the room on top.

They are trying to steal money from customers, stole our deposit, and sent us a picture of the oven not being clean.
