The property was not good, the corridors were stinking, not clean at all.

We were given the apartment which was under maintenance, had no sink for handwash, ladder was placed just next to the entrance, awaiting a major accident. Cleanliness was substandard, with hair all over bathroom.

It was just what we needed for one night stay

The sofa bed for 2 people was a little small as well as the round table where only 4 persons could seat

I did not like the place. I got locked out of a bedroom and nobody came to fix despite me calling like a million times. Plus a shelf fell on me

I hated the customer service. Very disappointing. No one showed up to solve issues

My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I am demanding a full refund due to the multiple devastating issues encountered during my stay. The conditions of the unit and the handling of my complaints were completely unacceptable. Here are the details: 1. **Unbearable Bed Condition**: The bed was completely uncomfortable, and worse, it had a broken leg, making it extremely unstable. It was impossible to get a decent night's sleep on such a faulty piece of furniture. 2. **Broken Sofa Bed**: One of the legs of the sofa bed was also broken. This added to the discomfort and inconvenience during my stay. 3. **Non-Functional Window Curtains**: The window curtains were broken and could not be moved properly. They failed to provide any privacy or block out light, adding to my sleepless nights. 4. **Moldy Water Heater**: The water heater was covered in mold and emitted a foul odor. This is not only disgusting but also a serious health hazard. 5. **Loose Seat Leg**: The small seat beside the bed had a loose leg, making it unusable and adding to the list of broken furniture in the room. 6. **BUGS in the Bed**: The most alarming issue was the presence of BUGS in the bed. This is utterly unacceptable and poses significant health risks. 7. **Disgusting Iron**: The iron provided was moldy and in a disgusting state, making it impossible to use. 8. **Terrible Customer Service**: Upon contacting customer service, I was sent to two different units, each with their own problems. One had a non-functional AC, and the other had a broken bed. I spent the first night being shuffled between rooms, completely wasting my night and leaving me exhausted. 9. **No Water in Sink**: The sink had no running water, which is a basic necessity and should not have been an issue in any unit. 10.

The A/C is very cold and refreshing after long day of shopping. The location close to theme park six flags and American Dream shopping mall.

The mattress is very very soft and the metalic bed frame makes sound when turning during sleeping. The curtains is not obstructing the sunshine.
