Luxury Apartments - Newark Int Airport - Evonify Stays

I rent two apartments and one of them is with bug beds apartment 505 to be clear I try to contact these people all weekend to work with me on this situation and asking for full refund and I didn’t get any solution or my refund . Bad service from hosting people . I even sent video and picture

I never saw a single staff member but I enjoyed my stay it was really nice

The washing machine was broken and there was a sign on it out of service, tried solving it with them without any conclusion The garage door always broken and you have to park outside the premises.

Accessibility. Spacious.

Garage door sucks needs an upgrade.

The parking garage door was no working.

I was sent with instruction details for room 102 which was occupied and then assigned room 105 which had an incorrect passcode and then it was not cleaned for occupancy (images have been sent to the helpdesk number). I was asked to stay in a different hotel for the night and return back the next day. This has caused a lot of end minute challenges and disruptions in my travel plan. I have ended up paying 219 USD for a night in a different hotel as there was nothing available.

Garage door broken, not ready at the time of check in, broken tiles in bathroom that cause me a broken toenail.

Bed, kitchen, washroom fine but the issues i had to go through were terrible

Garage entry code didn’t work so had to leave the car parked outside (far from the property) for two nights. Washer was supposed to be fixed and when checked with the host. It was confirmed. I tried to use it and got stuck like hell. It stopped working and i had to do different things to get my wet clothes out. It was almost midnight and my flight was early next morning. I ran to a laundromat which was closing just to get them dry although they weren’t washed. I had to dry them to pack them for my international travel.
