The apartment was very clean and had everything we could need

The mattress was awful. Very uncomfortable with 2 giant pits

It was a decent size and stores close by having private parking was a big plus also had a nice view at night

Very Noisy early in the morning and late hours of the night, apartments washer/dryer were not working, better upkeep on bathroom accessories such as towel rods there were none put up on walls had to hang towels on curtain rod!

The location

When I arrived to the property the shower was clogged There was dirt and hair in the shower I contacted the property manager I also provided them with pictures and videos of the shower they did not switch my room or have good communication I wasn’t accommodated. I had to stay at another hotel for that night just to shower after a five hour long flight of traveling. It wasn’t until 1 o’clock the next day where I had to reach out again to see if a room was available for us they then provided us with a new room overall that room was fine, but the bathroom sink was clogged in the new unit & the cabinet was broken and I just had a bad taste in my mouth from how they treated us from the day before the customer service is horrible and the way they treat their paying customers is ridiculous !

Location was good

The trip was to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. We were given a room with facilities not working and changed to another one that was equally non functional. The second room was a studio apartment, and we paid for a one bedroom apartment. It was a risk staying in the studio apartment as only cold water came out of the shower in winter!!! and the water heater bursts repeatedly gushing hot water all over. Out of frustration, we had to check out.

floors were filthy. noisy neighbors screaming at 7am. host took extremely long to answer. told me my reservation was for a different date and i had to take it up with booking , took an hr just to get the check in information.

The area was welcoming it wasn’t far from my home and the convenience
