Tha apartment was clean and specious

Tv monitor was damaged. Kids couldn't watch the Tv. On our 12 days stay nobody came to clean the apartment.

"Not for Resting/Sleeping- Building is noisy"

TOO NOISY - Loud music

Neighbours to the side and upstairs are too loud with their TVs .Thumping and dragging from upstairs . This is a very noisy building. Reported to management and they did nothing .said if I want to cancel rest of my dtay I can but not refunding anything.
