Luxury Apartments - Newark Int Airport - Evonify Stays

First of all, there’s no staff on site or signs to guide you, it’s a treasure hunt and not the nice kind. There’s no sign informing you of the garage height so we had to continue to check the height as we drove through as it looked to lower and lower as you went around. There’s no direct way to get from parking to higher apartment floors, along with no sign telling you where the lift is to get to the higher floors. When we arrived, water pressure was extremely low and after a couple of minutes, there was no water at all in the taps or shower. I rang the phone number, they wouldn’t answer and asked us to text instead. As a result of this, we couldn’t get ready for to meet friends which brought us there in the first place. Water did return hours later but with extremely low pressure again, it would take you a full minute to rinse the soap off your hands. Along with all the water pressure problems, towels and bedding were dirty with brown and orange stains. The white sheets were yellow/brown and there was a white stain on the leather couch that could have just been wiped off if the apartment was cleaned properly. It’s very insulting to have a $80 cleaning fee and to have to endure such filthy conditions. Cleaning, signage and management needs to majorly improve. And finally, they email you on the codes and instructions for doors; in the morning before even checkout time, I discover that the email is timed and self deletes, so you no longer get access to the codes which allow you into the apartment and contains the Wi-Fi codes - I really don’t understand this concept and meant if I hadn’t screenshot the email, we could have been locked out… and did mean we could no longer get access to the Wi-Fi code during our stay which was also on that email. I emailed the accommodation after our departure, they never responded. We did however get a $26.40 refund (why that amount I don’t know as the place cost us $192.36 for one night - which is horribly expensive for what we...

Bathroom 🚻 The toilet didn't flush all the way The bathroom sink drain is slow and low water pressure. The bedroom wall looked a little dirty. The washer and dryer took three hours to wash shirt and pair of pants 👖 But besides those things, it was nice.

Wish the pool area was open. But understood that it was still under construction.

The location was nice, we liked the parking option in the parking garage. Surveillance cameras for safety was nice too. But with the little dislikes it was good.

They didn't have seating outside, didn't have tv in bedrooms which would be good incase u have children with u. Also what would be great is to have each level of the parking ramp go-to the floor that they stay on,. More towels and washcloths in bathroom
