Very noisy neighbours upstairs. A little unclean, cobwebs in the corner of the room and no hand soap in the bathroom.

GBIt’s a good little space and was what I needed for a short stay in Oxford. Easy to get to from the station and easy into central london. They provide a good amount of facilities.
Although they provide facilities, some of them need replacing. The hairdryer had a burning smell and its fan made a very strange noise, so couldn’t use it. There was a massive wet patch on the carpet next to the door of the bathroom, meaning I had to jump over it every time to access the bathroom and it was too big to dry during my stay. It was unfortunately very very noisy from people upstairs.

USThe location was good and I liked that it was near the trail by the Thames, and not a bad walk to town. Also the hosts were very communicative leading up to the stay. The coffee setup was good, too.
Two main things that could be better, one probably fixable and one not - the lighting of the room isn't great (cold/too bright/florescent ceiling light, not something you'd turn on -- just get a warmer bulb); and there was a lot of noise from the apt above; it felt like I could almost hear actual conversations, plus all the foot traffic was loud. Maybe a carpet upstairs would help, not sure.
