The floor hadn't been hoovered between lets, so it had grit and dirt, which was quite unpleasant when trying to walk around barefoot at bedtime

I couldn’t get the shower to be other than very hot, or the soap dispenser to give any soap.
MXThe room is cosy, very well equipped, and self contained. It also is very close to the city centre.
There wasn't much soap in the dispenser. There wasn't any washing-up liquid for the dishes.

The upstairs flat was noisey from walking about and sounds of water pipes or toilet sound were loud early in mornings,also there was little toilet roll left for us in toilet ,hardly any handwash in dispensers
