Although the shower was okay, it didn’t drain very well. Possibly why there was a damp smell when we came in. The room is very small, it’s a small hotel room with a microwave and mini fridge, not a ‘whole place is yours’ studio/apartment. The parking that’s recommended is extortionate, £30 for one night! We were only left with about a quarter of a loo roll which was a bit annoying. I think what lets this down the most, and why we have scored so low is we barely slept due to the noise from the apartment above. We could hear every step, every creak, every little bang, and the plumbing noises are on another level. We were awake until 1am, and woken again at 5am. For the price, plus the parking cost, we don’t see this accommodation as good value for money in Oxford.
GBGreat location but upstairs were quite loud until 10pm on a Sunday night. Heavy footed and every now and then it seemed as heavy things were dropped on the floor.

Quite noisy in flat above. Beware no parking, nearest carpark was £30 for 24hrs. The hosts do state no parking on advert.
AULocation is fantastic, an easy walk to the city centre. Apartment was very small but was ok for a short stay.
At around 10pm the tenants living above the unit returned home. The noise was bad and sound from the shower they were using was vary loud. Parking the car also cost £30 a night which was excessive

NZWell located out of the noisy part of town but still easy to walk. Almost on canal path so nature walks are easy. Good pressure shower.
Its fine but be aware that in this case the term 'one-bed flat' does not mean it has a bedroom or that its a flat. Its a room. And not a big one. Its got a window but feels a bit like a cave - no outlook as such. I know that for the money I should have low expectations in Oxford but I did expect more. If you are on your own and just need a night or two at a reasonable price and you are not going to be relaxing in the room much - go for it. But there might be something a little nicer not far away.

Limited parking. Smoke alarm was beeping when we returned and we couldn’t switch it off.
USHost was super responsive and helpful! Was able to let us check-in early and stay a little later to accommodate for our travel schedule. Location was great too, quiet and right by the mall/shopping center -- easy walk into the center of town. Was very affordable and good for the cost.
It is definitely a small space -- there were 2 of us and I probably would recommend this more so for solo travelers due to the space of the unit. Also make sure to bring your own conditioner/toiletries, because there was only soap. Overall though, for the price of the unit, I think this is a great value choice!!
