The plumbing was very noisy. There was also loud footsteps, talking, a TV or radio and what sounded like drawers being opened and closed coming from upstairs or an adjoining property during the night and getting worse and more constant in the early morning. This made it very difficult to get a good sleep as it would wake us up constantly during the night and once it got to about 7am we weren't getting any more sleep which is pretty early when you're on holidays. The shower also did not drain well.
GBModern, comfortable flatette at end of a cul-de-sac, set back from the street, with high degree of privacy and a small garden area at the front door. Excellent directions from the hosts, making the place easy to find and get into. A door code accesses the yard, and a combination keybox contains the flat key. The premises were immaculately clean and there was tea, coffee and UVT milk provided, with a small fridge to stow fresh food for longer stay. Kettle and microwave also provided. Dishes and cutlery provided, but you need to use the handbasin in the bathroom to clean them. Lovely walk past the river to the main road where buses stop. WiFi very fast and stable.
While the neighbours are perfectly considerate, there is quite some noise, just from normal living activities permeating from upstairs, such as footsteps on the wooden floors, taps turning on and so forth. This occurs only during waking hours, so it didn't disturb sleep at night.
GBExcellent location, we could easily walk to where we needed. Very comfortable. Loved having the tea/coffee facilities with milk, very special, thank you!

Upstairs were extremely noisy late into a thursday night - midnight, could hear heavy footsteps, banging, water pipes from what I assume is the toilet flushing, sink, shower etc, was really loud unfortunately
GBThe location is brilliant for day trips into Oxford city centre and around. Accomodation was clean and host was accommodating.
GBLocation was excellent and quite location; very useful to have microwave and fridge available and it was lovely and warm.
I contacted the owners a couple of times before my visit and since my visit regarding facilities and invoice; I have had no response. The reviews said cleanliness was very good - the bathroom was really clean but the main room had biscuits crumbs and wrapper on the floor.

I was woken early by considerable noise from upstairs on Sunday morning (well before 7am and the noise continued for a long time). The room was cold when I arrived (but warmed up later)
