"For 99£ the stay is not worth the money."

Nothing was as expected

The room wasn't warmed up when we arrived. We left the heating on for around 20 minutes still it was freezing inside. We knew the toilet is outside but there weren't adequate lighting. There were 3 lights in the room outside the toilet but one of them wasn't working as a result the toilet was dark and had to use the flash light. The warm water tap in the wash basin was not working. It was 99£ stay and there weren't any toiletry supplies. The surrounding was not clean. The bed wasn't adequately cleaned. The toilet tissue provided was wet and was not new. Even though we knew the payment isn't refundable, we didn't stay in the accommodation.
