Beautiful room and superb bathroom! The attention to detail was lovely, and the coffee shop is delightful. Monika is such a brilliant host and her breakfasts are the best! We had breakfast in the gorgeous garden area on our last morning and it was absolutely perfect! Monika and Tony are such a lovely, friendly couple and we would definitely stay again!

Excellent location & a ideal location for guests to explore the choices that Helmsley has to offer, Our room was excellent, clean & comfortable with a huge bed beautiful bathroom/wet room I can’t recommend Porters enough, The hosts Monika & Tony are lovely people who cannot do enough for guests to make their stay as pleasurable as possible the coffee shop is highly recommended & Monikas home made scones are a must.

No dislikes about the property and should anything arise during Your stay I’m confident that Monika & Tony would do their utmost to rectify whatever the issue is.

"Excellent stay in Helmsley"

Our bedroom was lovely and the very large bed super comfy. The bathroom was also very big with shower and roll top bath. Breakfast in the morning was great and the owners very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to make u feel welcome.

Very lovely room comfortable bed. Bathroom was beautiful both shower and bath was extremely good after a long days walk. Continental breakfast was lovely great choice. Monica and Tony were very welcoming and friendly especially Monica very knowledgeable about the area. Had a lovely stay. Brianna the cat was very friendly too.

Would of liked a kettle in the room but that's all we could find as a fault. Monica was happy to make you a drink though.
