"Exceptional"

The room was fantastic. Huge bed, large TV and amazing bath. The owners were great and couldn't do enough to help. Amazing flapjacks. Perfect location and very good value for money. Couldn't ask for more and would definitely return

Probably the two rooms to get yo the bedroom but the rooms were spacious and nicely appointed

"Fantastic bed a breakfast - would definitely use again."

The room was large and decorated nicely in keeping with the building with a fantastic, comfortable, large bed and spacious bathroom with wet room shower and free standing bath. The breakfast was delicious and the host was friendly and helpful.

The route to the room through the back of the coffee shop was not in keeping with the amazing room - but it is a small thing relative to the rest of the experience.

"Lovely, comfortable accommodation with friendly staff"

Everything was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable, spacious and very warm on a very cold weekend. The owners Monia and Tony were very friendly, they couldn’t enough to make our stay enjoyable.

"Fabulous"

Monika and her staff were extremely welcoming, the room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and served in the coffee shop. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the Helmsley area.
