"Exceptional"

The couple who run the coffee shop and B&B are so very welcoming, friendly and funny. The room was THE most beautiful we have stayed in, and the shower cubicle was luxurious. The B&B is in the heart of the little town, with great pubs all around, and a beautiful local park. A huge added bonus was the couple have a rescue cat who is an absolute beauty.

The local Italian restaurant.

"Good, clean and well presented accommodation"

Good central location, easy access to all the local attractions, good food and friendly hosts.

The rooms did not have any tea/ coffee facilities, kettle etc. a real shame as British tourists it’s something we are accustomed to .

Friendly, welcoming hosts. Large bedroom and ensuite. Great location right in the centre of Helmsley but no noise at night. Lovely relaxed breakfast in the café which is owned by the B and B. Definitely recommend.

"Fantastic friendly host, great location and comfortable bed"

The host was so welcoming and friendly. We asked for coffee early and breakfast at a later time and this was no issue. The location was excellent and we could also park nearby.
