Monia was a fantastic host. Made me feel very welcome during my stay. The room was very comfortable and the b&b was conveniently located in Helmsley Town. Food was delicious and coffee was great. Would definitely stay again when in Helmsley.

Location is superb and the room was spacious and well appointed. Loved the bathroom….lovely breakfast.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and being on the main road, the traffic noise early in the morning was very loud - made worse as we had to have the window open as we were lucky enough to have good weather!!!

"A Hidden Gem"

Monika and Tony were the perfect hosts, very friendly. A beautiful place to stay in the heart of Helmsley. The coffee shop is a bonus which is fantastic. This place is definitely a home from home. Already looking forward to visiting again.

Beautiful and bright room. Large very comfortable bed The bed linen and towels are of high quality. Great shower with toiletries provided. Brilliant breakfast in the coffee shop below the rooms. The host Monia and Tony are a wonderful couple, friendly and make you feel very welcome.

There is nothing to dislike.

"A Fantastic Stay!"

Location was perfect! Hosts were very attentive, welcoming and kind. Directions sent prior to our stay were really helpful to find parking. My husband is coeliac and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was gorgeous! The room was beautiful! Immaculately clean, very comfy king-sized bed and tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Plenty of hanging and drawer space. Added bonus of toiletries and beautiful warm fluffy towels. Would very highly recommend!

Wonderful hosts in Monika and Tony. Very warm, friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and bathroom, spotless. Scrumptious breakfast. Great parking. Perfect location. Highly recommend, can’t wait to stay again. (P.S. The sandwich you gave me for the journey home was delicious) 💜to Brie. Thank you ☺️
