The location was absolutely phenomenal

The mattress was absolutely awful and it wasn’t very clean. The front door was very difficult to lock and the lockbox was already on the number so it was open. The location outweighed all this though

It was nowhere near as bad as I expected from the reviews. It’s in a good location and didn’t feel uncomfortable or dirty.

"Great location to coop live"

Great location to coop arena, very comfortable bed, helpful host.

Smell of musky paint due to limited air flow, spiders in the bathroom. Pay extra to park. No curtains to block light pollution.

Location was close by the co op live

Biuilding looks visibly depressing and uncleaned, exposed meter boxes on side of building. Keys were in a lock box on the side that barely fits them all in. Our key wasn't in the box when we checked so I tried calling the owner who was unreachable entirely, luckily our room key was taken by mistake by another person staying and we were able to sort it without the owner. Bed had a dent in it and was mediocre aside from that. Visible thick dust line along the side of tables and looked generally unclean with a poor patch job above the bed where it looks like it may be starting to sag. No smoke detector in the building which I am pretty sure isn't legal and despite the no smoking signs there was yellow staining everywhere in the building (nictotine smells aswell). Bathroom toilet was ok but the bath seal was peeling away so I wasn't risking using the shower/bath. Stay was so uncomfortable we left after the first night and got a second train ticket to go home early after the main event we came to see. Absolutely abysmal.
