It was ideal location

No contact whatsoever with host as to check-in. Messages through booking.com delayed. Phone call not answered. Let in by fellow guest with a key hidden in gas meter box with no door as was all keys including the key for front door. Didn’t feel safe. No Heating room and bathroom very cold, bathroom messy with other guests/owners toiletries, one towel between 2 adults, no remote for tv, 1 cup and one glass no teaspoon. No hairdryer despite being told there would be. No mirror in the room. Very uncomfortable stay

I liked absolutely nothing about the place. It was very unwelcoming and completely dark inside when we arrived. The lady seemed unwelcoming. The room room was the size of a tiny bedroom and did not look the same as advised.

Didn't like shared living room or shared bathroom. Or bedroom so close together. I stayed there for an hour assessing things. I literally left and booked another hotel. It really wasn't what i expected

The location was convenient

The tv was broken No parking Very noisy at night with doors banging. No respect for guests

great location to the co op live arena bedrooms lovely and clean bathroom was spotless

It was really close to co op live and a nice walk from the city

It was quite cold any you couldn’t adjust that

Close to Co-op arena. Good bed and shared bathroom.

Dirty towel in the corner of the room behind the TV table. Only 1 cup and 1 glass in the room. Pulled the bed away from the wall so not to disturb my partner it was filthy down that side.
