"Perfect if you are going to the stadium/arena, less than a 10 minute walk"

I love how close it is to the Co-Op live! I queued the day for a concert and I could just go and come back with no worry. The room was spacious and the bed and bedding was comfortable.

I honestly have nothing bad to say about this property, I will definitely be staying again in the future

"good stay, close to stadium!"

it was very close to the stadium, which was amazing, especially for the price as well! the bed was comfy and the room was clean. was a lovely stay and will be trying to get this place again if i were to be in manchester for a concert.

other people were slightly loud, but i know this isn't really the owners fault, more so the other guests. the locks were slightly dodgy, but after a bit of wiggling, they did lock/unlock.

Horrendous place to stay for £90 per night. When entering the property it was like a doss house inside, bathroom old tired and not clean. Room was a small box size room, very simple and basic no frills, bed,wardrobe table and kettle, small TV. Nothing to like for the price, it's a shelter for the night.

The area is rough and very run down, the properties in the vicinity are run down. Did not feel safe let alone leaving the car which was an extra £10 to park. The building stunk of cannabis and drugs. How this is on booking.com I do not know.

"Great location, hard to find on foot."

The bed was comfy, very close to coop arena. Slept well.

Took me forever to find, Only a kettle, cups and tea bags in room. No Milk or coffee. Thought it was expensive for what it was. Shared bathroom.

"Fabulous location - basic accommodation but you were in your bed 10 minutes after the show."

The most important thing about this place was the location and ease of access to Co-op live (and Man Citys ground if you were going there) The Co -op live loomed large at the end of the road and it was less than 5 mins to walk a long the canal to the venue.

The key lock where the keys were stored were a bit sticky so even when you had the right combination it was still hard to open the lock. It might be because there were 3 keys in there.
