Topaz Motel - Flagler Beach

It was conventional walkimg distance to restraints and water

Parking was horrible due to restaurant customers parking in hotel spots , if not in compact vehicle, parking is not friendly .

The smell of the room was horrible, very run down, needs a lot of love. Hopefully they do a lot of work to the place. We’ve stayed there a few times over the last 10 years and would like to again but probably won’t

Close to the beach

No blankets, no bathroom mirrors and door kept locking us out and need new key several times.

Right across from the beach was great. Hotel was in need of lots of repairs.

We had no lights in our room. There were 2 lamps above the bed, one was missing completely. The other one worked at first but started making crackling noises so we shut it off and just had no lights in the room. The tv had some sort of stock menu banner than was stuck on screen the whole time. Just very outdated… get what you pay for I guess.

The location across from the beach was the only positive aspect of this place

Strong smell, dirty windows, loose electrical wiring, soiled curtains, improper/substandard locks.
