Location is great, they let me check in early, AC worked fine.

Everything was old and dirty. Stained towels, sink cabinet loose, there was barely any water pressure and it was challenging washing my hair, the balcony door was rusty and wouldn't open without a lot of physical strength. But the worst part is that there isn't a hotel lobby, just a small window, and they didn't have a restroom guests could use. I have stayed in several hotels and never in my life I saw a hotel that didn't have a restroom in the lobby for the guests. I paid $300 for room 204 and it was the most expensive, overpaid place I've ever been.

Right across the street is the beach, but you have to walk down a ways to get access to the beach because of the hurricanes and messed a few things up would be nice if they actually had a walk away going to the ocean

Everything was decent and we only stayed there for one night where was in family? They were super accommodating because I got out of work late and checked in late. Very nice people.

Porch light wouldn't turn off or dim Some touch up repairs in the room on bottom part of wall by slider How the door is positioned for entry and exit almost smoked someone coming up the stairs with the door and the wind could be dangerous. Use caution with wind .
