Amazing location on the caravan park, out of the way near the woods, but close to club house etc. Quirky decor. Loved the veranda. Host very accommodating and responsive. Apps on television a nice bonus. Minutes walk to beach.

Some TLC maintenance required, but lush little haven.

Loved the Woodlands location & birds tweeting. The Veranda was an excellent bonus & accommodation is quirky.

Although the location was really lovely, the property was really not good enough. It was very smelly in the small bedroom and the toilet seat was broken. The shower wall in the double bedroom had mildew on it. The oven door did not close at all. The freezer defrosted a few times while we were there. The outdoor cushions were quite scruffy and could have done with covering. In fact the whole of the outside was dirty and had not been cleaned for a long time. There was no hoover at all so unable to give the place a clean. We did let the cleaners know about the oven door, the toilet seat and the freezer, which they said they had already mentioned to the owner. I had complained to the owner in writing and it's been a week for him to get back to me. He said that the problems had only just arisen and he'll sort it. Nothing about any compensation! As for the site itself everyone was really friendly the pool had a charge but that was nice. The shop on site had nearly everything you needed and the place to eat and drink was good. Although we had only a couple of meals they were nice. It was such a shame as we wanted to visit this area for such a long time and the place we stayed was for a week. We are a couple of pensioners so could not afford another holiday this year, so quite disappointed.

As caravans go I have to say I was shocked! Oven didn’t work ( owner messaged to say someone was coming but they didn’t turn up however the same message had been sent to a previous guest a month earlier). One plug socket in the kitchen area. You couldn’t have done tea and toast together. Light fitting in the kitchen area bare wires. Toilet seats move alarmingly. Shower cubicle discoloured and scruffy. Everything was very very dated. Old sockets and switches discoloured. No sockets at all in the living area. We only stayed for two nights which wasn’t too bad however we wouldn’t have stayed for longer. I feel awful leaving this review however we thought somethings were needed to be said. The site and area were really lovely and only five min walk from the beautiful beach. If the caravan was refurbed it would be so good.

The oven was broken the owner left a message to say would try and get it repaired on the first day we didn’t hear anything else during our stay

Location was great. Middle of caravan park, some kids running around but not too bad.

The congestion on the wifi after 6pm. Netflix wouldnt work - nor youtube, but we were not there to use devices.

Cosy caravan didn't look like a caravan inside timber on the walls and ceiling very different but nice.good situation the site was quite empty when we went but probably very busy in the peak season.
