The woodland setting, the creative features that made this caravan feel more like a cabin, the pool and proximity to the beach.

It wasn't squeaky clean in all honesty but we could handle it.

On arrival we found the place a little untidy. On looking around we found the following 1. The oven does not work. The nobs fall off and we could not even turn it on. Hob worked but we were scared to use given the oven was not working and buttons falling off. 2. Bathrooms were not the cleanest 3. The double bed has had a botched job fix for broken slats 4. The twin bedroom, the wall is not fully secured and moves when you use the switch 5.. the oven before we decided not to use was not clean the door has grease all over it. 6. The extractor hood was sticky with grease 7. The mugs in the cupboard all needed cleaned because whoever was last in did not clean them at all and they were covered in what looked like spilled coffee. 8. The glassware was not clean.. lipstick stained glasses and some that were obviously put back in the cupboard unwashed. 9. Skirting next to the oven is not attached. 10. Showered barely run warm. However. The decor is nice...I do like the fireplace and the feel of being in a seaside hut was nice. When contacting the owner the acknowledged that there was a need for maintenance but have been fully booked unabled to do it. For me this is not my concern.. if you are running a business you should factor in times when you do not take bookings to tackle maintenance issues and to deep clean.

Omg, this is what you need if you want to escape in Northumberland. Very nice, 100% recommended, staff very friendly, communication very accurate, just perfect
