The caravan was really well located and we had everything we needed - the hosts were easy to contact and were very helpful.

Reading from past reviews, I was quite sceptical of how the caravan would be, but when we arrived, the caravan was in a good location and was clean and also had cleaning products such as washing up liquid etc there so you wasn't having to go out and buy them ,shampoos and body wash were left also in the shower room so if you had forgotten to bring some you had some on hand. You have all the essentials needed for a stay away. And the price was good for a 4 night stay for a family of 4 during the school holidays. The host responded rapidly if I needed to ask any questions.

I did message the host about the television in the living room not having a signal, but we found a dvd player in the bedroom and a box full of dvd's so we just watched them the time we spent in the caravan. The only downfall really was the quilts due to them being a certain fabric they didn't stay in our quilt covers and bundled to the bottom.

The caravan is cosy but dated which reflects in the price.

The park itself is really boring. Not got any lovely walks in the park. Just walked the dog behind the caravans, no beautiful views.

Location looked amazing on the website however our family holiday was cancelled on the morning of travel via text message! We had to divert our travel for a further 4 hours due to the holiday being cancelled. Luckily we managed to get a late booking in Wales!

Cancelled whilst driving on the way to withensea I received a text message luckily I had a pulled over so my pregnant partner could use a service station toilet. If I had been driving I would have not seen the text message with the cancellation.

Nothing – the property did not meet basic cleanliness or safety standards.

We booked this caravan for a 4-night stay based on the photos and description, however the reality was completely different and very disappointing. The caravan was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was a strong smell of dog and chip fat/pan oil throughout, the floors were unclean, and there were visible dirt, marks and mould on the walls and bedding. The shower was also in a very poor state with black mould around the base. There were also serious hygiene and safety concerns. The tap in the toilet did not run any water, meaning hands could not be washed after using the toilet, which is unacceptable. The bottom step into the caravan was loose and dangerous, particularly as we were travelling with young children. Overall, the accommodation did not feel safe or hygienic for a family stay. The photos in the listing were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the caravan. At no point was it mentioned that the caravan was old and in need of significant TLC. We feel the property was misrepresented. We stayed for 2 nights only because there was no alternative accommodation available immediately, and we had to arrange and pay for another caravan for the remainder of our stay, leaving us out of pocket. We also paid a £75 deposit which has not yet been returned. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this accommodation.

Coming home

The caravan was very smelly on arrival i had to leave the door open for an hour to get the smell out, when I complained the company said it was previous visitors that had been cooking curries, it was fosty, caravan was very dated and cold, would not stay or recommend this caravan

Didn't like seperate email for deposit and get your key. through the rubbish before leaving,supposed to be you are staying and leaving that make comport your stay,heater not good, smell damp inside,stain in bed cover.

Flexibility for 1 night stay on short notice

Outdated style. Insufficient heaters - COLD.. Bathroom smelt of damp. Broken fixtures. Poor quality duvets. Stained sheets.

Holiday was cancelled because of burst Waterpipes which is completely understandable. The thing that was very disappointing was the lack of correspondence from the owner and still waiting for security deposit 2 weeks later!

Worst experience with the host. DO NOT BOOK THIS EVER.

There was someone in the property just before we arrived, The bedroom was in an unacceptable state. The ceiling was leaking all the time during our stay. The tap in the toilet wasn't working at all. The owner said she will arrange someone to come and fix the tap. Then she said that the whole toilet sink unit has no pluming and not been connected to water supply. The fridge freezer was not cleaned and had expired stuff left over. The electricity keeps on tripping as soon as we turned the heating in the rooms on, during the entire stay. The cooker and oven wasn`t cleaned properly and smelling. And she never informed us about these issues when we booked our stay. The whole Caravan was smelly and filthy. And she refused to give the depisite back.
