Everything. Horrible customer service, rooms where Horrible, management very unprofessional, security breach random people and staff coming i to your room at will. All around Horrible experience!

Nothing It’s a very disturbing and disgusting situation Our Room Smelled like a room full of Ashtray. They have you sign an agreement & it states Absolutely no smoking. The Manager comes out smoking. Bottom line is this place is a joke. Homeless everywhere .

Honestly, nothing met our expectations. The listing photos were very misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property.

The property was extremely disappointing. The photos did not match reality at all. The area felt unsafe, with many suspicious individuals around and the smell of marijuana everywhere. It seemed like the complex is occupied by people with serious social issues. Inside the unit, there were only two towels provided for multiple guests. There were no basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo, or conditioner. The bathroom upstairs was dirty and full of hair. We specifically booked this place expecting separate beds for everyone, but there was no bedding available. When we called to request it, we were told that no one was available to help. The same situation happened when we asked for additional towels. Also, the requirement to register on a separate platform and pay an additional deposit was inconvenient and not clearly communicated.
