Lovely staff, fresh countryside location!

A definite benefit for us would have been a small hob to aid our self-catering

Initial confusion about sauna which needs to be prebooked and is an extra cost. This wasn’t mentioned on listing and host agreed it was not clear when pointed out to him. Other guests had prebooked. All resolved and sorted swiftly and amicably when I asked but probably best to clarify / check in advance of arrival

Lovely stay at the annexe. Perfect for a one night stay, cosy, clean and a great size.

Unfortunately the other guests blocked my car in which was really frustrating as it meant I was late to my event. Not the hosts fault at all but was the one downside.

Very cosy and nice and quiet . Lovey location and the owner is extremely helpful and friendly . As Goodwood festival of speed is happening this Week , most hotels are fully booked or extremely expensive , so finding this property was a god send and got me out of a hole . Would definitely stay here again .

A really comfortable stay for the night. It had everything we needed for our short stay and it had a great view out across the paddock. Brilliant spot for our dog also, with a fantastic garden to run around.

Much further from local towns that we expected. No shampoo!

Excellent location. Quiet and peaceful. I stayed there as I had been on the nearby Watercress Line during the day and didn't want to drive home that evening. Perfect for such a scenario. Charming host and beautifully presented property.
