Sapiens home - Weligama bay

Exceptional value for money. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious - great aircon, which is a welcome escape from the heat. Very fast wifi. Friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Fabulous location, close enough to Weligama by tuktuk but away from the crowds and gorgeous river views. The breakfast in decent, but nothing to write home about. We would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

I had a wonderful stay at River Post! Even got upgraded to a more spacious room. The Internet was fast, the bed comfortable, and the aircon a blessing. Manoj and Janith were very welcoming and helpful. They helped me get a motorbike for a decent price, and even connected me to a neighbor with a sowing machine when I needed a piece of clothing to fix :)

I had an amazing stay here at River Post Co-Working & Co-Living Weligama. The room was very clean, I was able to check in early, they have an AMAZING massage therapist based on site, the location is right beside the river with a great view, and the host Manoj is very welcoming. There is also free parking and an in-house breakfast is available. I would highly recommend this place for an affordable and relaxing visit to Weligama! 😊

If you’re coming in a big vehicle parking will not be possible at the property since the road leading there is quite narrow.

We had an amazing time here! Ended up staying longer than we originally planned. The staff was amazing and helped us with everything we could ask for. Everybody was so kind and welcoming A big plus was the delicious and affordable breakfast every morning and the stunning view from the patio during work ☺️

Really beautiful room with a view on the river. Thanks to the the AC and stable internet connection I was able to get some work done and have conference calls without any issue. Great breakfast and super hospitable team!

As it’s very new I’m looking forward to some more decorations and chill places in the common areas.

Hidden gem, very friendly staff, beautiful view, new building

Not the best location

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The room was clean, and the bathroom featured an excellent shower. The standout feature was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff who made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Close to weligama beach too (15 min walk, or 3 min with tuk tuk 300 SLR)

Although the co-working and kitchen facilities were not yet available (anticipated to open by October 2023), the staff's provision of a separate ADSL internet router ensured seamless Teams calls. I eagerly anticipate returning once the hotel is fully operational for a nice coffee with lunch!
