Caution: This is a fraud!!! there is nothing to like about.

We didn’t like the obstacles to pay the deposit and get to the door code. We didn’t have American phones or bank accounts, so we couldn’t do it. With the help of an American friend who did calls with the property owner to find a workaround and who transferred the deposit we finally got the code. (He spend hours to do this!)They didn’t tell in advance about requirements so it was too late to cancel. They have fees that are not mentioned in the list. We payed the total but never stayed there. The place was filthy, no table or chairs and was anything else but cosy. booking.com was not willing to take them from the list or reimburse the money. booking.com is not customer friendly and changes prices during the booking process all the time. I will it not use this website again.

There were no bedside tables, no table to eat at, the tub wasn't clean, there was no toilet tissue, or paper towels. Owner didn't allow chewing gum in the house. The property was in a questionable section of town.

This place is definitely not worth the money that is being charged. I felt as though I was in a ghetto house. Let us start with pre-entry; why am I being told while standing in front of the house, that there is a $150.00 deposit required with a $50.00 linen cleaning fee? Should that information been included PRE-RESERVATION?? After finally getting access to the premises, I walk into an empty living room; What is COZY about that? The dining room is not a dining room, there is a couch and tv; no table to eat on, no chairs to sit on; thankfully I WAS alone. I had to take a drawer from the linen cabinet to make a table to eat on. The bathroom: I understand that it is small; but considerations should have been taken to who would be using the toilet; the vanity could have been moved over to allow room, anyone larger than myself would have a problem. 2 bedrooms with JUST a bed? ALL bedrooms NEED a night stand!!! I slept on the sofa; ghetto. Last, could you please take that $50.00 of my deposit that you kept and purchase a microwave? You highlighted the fireplace in your title; but it is nothing but bricks on a wall 🧱! At the least you could have enhanced it with fireplace essentials, but in an empty room; it still would not be COZY. So just remove the Cozy and Fireplace out of the title.
