"Great!"

The host was great; he was very responsive and understanding The place was truly cozy, when we arrived it was warm. There was a fire place in the living room and heaters in both bedrooms. Overall, it was comfortable to stay in this place. Great value for the price!

The host was responsive and helpful. Property was quiet and decent…. No frills but that’s fine. We slept great.

A little too no frills. Probably not for travelers who want anything above basic. Probably should invest a little bit more in decor and so on….

"Nice place in a convenient location"

Nice, quiet place in a very convenient location, a 3-minute drive to the I-96 and a 15-minute drive to downtown. There is even a bus. The apartment is not luxurious, but at $250 for three nights it is good value for money. Clearly the host cares about the comments posted here because a dining table and chairs were added, as well as a bedside table in one of the rooms.

The wi-fi didn't work after the first day. The plastic curtain that replaces the bathroom door is broken and doesn't close properly. The deposit process is not convenient for foreigners: it requires being able to place phone calls and send SMSs on the day of your arrival and, unlike what is written on booking,com, cash is not accepted, so the only option for a foreigner is to pay by credit card, with a $7.50 processing fee charged by the host.

"Pleasant Staying Experience"

My husband and I relocated from NY and initially booked this chalet for 1 week with the assumption that our permanent housing would be secured. The property is cozy as described. The Property Manager was amazing! He was very accommodating and treated us like royalty! Our permanent housing didn't come through as expected, and we stayed 3 EXTRA WEEKS! It felt like home. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the Motor City and / or needing an extended stay.

We has such a good evening with the host, we slept late

I didn't like the cold but when we got in the house it was nice and warm.
