Alps Vista Retreat - Wanaka

It was modern, clean and well equipped.

While worth the money overall, it seems relatively expensive given it’s out of Wanaka’s main town.

Brand new, spotless, very well equipped, included food for breakfast. Beds really comfortable.

A bit further out of town than I expected but in a brand new estate which was clean and tidy.

Good specs and materials used in the fit-out, generous living and kitchen spaces.

One of the bedrooms do not have openable windows(ventilation relies on a wall grille) and feels a bit stuffy on summer days. Showers could have had shampoo & soap holders installed.

Modern, clean apartment, excellent amenities and well sound proofed from adjoining apartments, although I could hear the bathroom from apartment upstairs.

Small details like a box of tissues were not available. Also the shampoo and soaps provided were very watery.

House was amazing - very well presented and comfortable

Management was disgraceful. Bedding configuration not as in booking and they did not even try to rectify but instead blamed me for their error. Very poor communication skills - email replies were clearly automated with no sincerity in them at all. I would highly recommend people look into this management team before you put your house in their hands. Would never book anything managed by them again
