Dear Lisbon - Valmor Palace

Le lieu est magnifique, très calme et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La chambre était confortable et apaisante, et le jardin est un vrai plus. Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil et attentionné, notamment pour l’organisation de mon départ très tôt le matin.

O palacete onde funciona o hotel é lindo, charmoso e super bem conservado. Cama confortável, ótimo chuveiro. As meninas que ficam na portaria são nota 10.000. Super educadas, prestativas, falam muito bem inglês (meu marido é americano) e muito simpáticas. Café da manhã delicioso. Não tinha a enorme variedade que muitos hotéis oferecem mas tinha a qualidade que poucos conseguem oferecer. Tudo absolutamente delicioso e fresco.

Nosso quarto era no sótão e sem janelas, apenas claraboias e tínhamos que subir 2 lances de escadas. Somos idosos e fora de forma, então foi um pouco custoso. Mas o hotel é tão agradável de ficar que não atrapalhou. Mas creio que o problema das escadas deveria ser informado.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem schönen Hotel und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Alle Leute vom Personal waren wieder super freundlich, Frühstück perfekt. Das Zimmer ein Traum mit dem schönsten Bad inkl. Fresko.

Bom, por onde começar? Foi simplesmente fantástico, o belo palácio, as pessoas, o ambiente, conforto e detalhe ! A decoração, sim a decoração! Fui muito muito bem tratado, tive a magnífica experiência de ter interagido com 3 recepcionistas, duas no primeiro dia e uma no segundo dia, todas igualmente qualificadas, amáveis e profissionais. Tive também a excelentíssima e gratificante oportunidade de comunicar e ser acompanhado pela diretora deste magnífico estabelecimento, na qual apresentou-me a sua suíte favorita, um grande upgrade com relação ao que estava anteriormente reservado para mim, e onde acabei por ficar! Não tive palavras no momento para agradecer a senhora diretora, mas aproveito fazê-lo por esta via. Muito obrigado a todas, de coração mesmo, sobretudo pela oportunidade de check in antecipado! Como vós não há igual!

Dear Lisbon Valmor Place completely exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, just stunning, and everything was just spot-on. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail throughout was amazing - from the welcome drink, personal letter, and snack in the room, to the living room with relaxing music and a nice selection of Portuguese wines. I had room 7 on the top floor. The hotel has 7 rooms in total I believe, all different. Mine was large, though one of the smaller ones in the house. I didn't use th swimming pool, but the garden and swimming pool looked great for warm days. Breakfast was fresh, healthy, and full of local flavor. The staff were outstanding - genuinely kind, proactive, and attentive (even offering me an umbrella when it started to rain!). The building itself dates back to around 1910 and used to be a private club of a wealthy businessman. It’s kept in excellent condition and full of charm. I was in town for business. But the place is also perfect for a romantic couples visit to Lisbon. I will definitely be back.
