Que me cambiaran de habitación una vez contratada, la falta de luz en la habitación, que en la habitación y el baño tuviera humedades.
CAThe second we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely woman at the front desk. Our luggage was whisked off to our room while we were seated in the lounge with our complimentary glass of port. What a warm welcome! The lounge area and breakfast room are gorgeous with very tall ornate ceilings that are beautiful. Breakfast was delicious. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the vegetarian yogurt and other options. Lattes made to offer were perfect. Soy milk appreciated. The morning desk clerks were as lovely as the woman from the night before. Wonderful employees can make a stay something special and these people did just that. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station and even closer to the Metro. Lots of restaurants nearby. The building was quiet, perfect for a good nights sleep. Robes and slippers were wonderful.
The light over the coffee and tea station had been removed so it was difficult to see. There was also a very large moldy water damaged area in the shower. Given the horrendous weather that Portugal has been having, this blight on the room can be forgiven.

NLWat een geweldige ervaring in dit hotel. Het personeel is echt super lief en attent. We voelden ons echt gast en geen nummer. Vooral de kleine details klopten. Het is een oud statig pand met veel allure. In Portugal mogen monumentale panden geen dubbele glas dus hoor je wel geluiden van buiten.
