Palazzo Cutò suite & charme

Daniela was very helpful just prior to our checkin. When we thought we were going to arrive a bit early, we messaged her to see about an early checkin, and she rang us to ensure we had the details. The access to the property (Suite 1) was easy - a key code for the front entrance, and lock box for the apartment key. Videos were provided before the arrival day. The apartment is lovely. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom modern, with fantastic shower with an abundance of hot water. The kitchen had a supply of olive oil, coffee, etc, but we didn’t end up cooking. The apartment is on the first floor (only twenty steps) of an historic palazzo, and accessed through the second courtyard, which makes it all the more tranquil, away from traffic noise. We weren’t disturbed at all by the neighbours; it’s lovely to hear the occasional laughter of little children. The location is fantastic. It’s easy to walk to the rail station, and all the sights (except Monreale!) are within comfortable walking distance. We’d definitely try to stay here again, if we were lucky enough to revisit Palermo. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Daniela!

location was excellent,

there was a glass wall between the bathroom and the bedroom. the person in the shower or using the toilet was a short distance from the side of the bed and in full view for both sides. The lighting was decorative but very poor to do anything in the room. One one area it was too dim to read and I needed to use the torch on my phone to look in the suitcase.

Great location, it had so much charm and felt like a home away from Home. Nice little balcony. When you walk into the Palazzo, it is really stunning and nice to come home too. It’s really quiet despite being on the main strip. It’s really close to the train station about six minutes walk

The place is really special. The location is very close to the centre, but in a calm beautiful building, with a special history. The host is super nice and helped us a lot. We felt very comfortable, the apartment is independent, decorated with taste, you can feel at home. We hope to be back in Palermo, and when it happens we would love to stay again in this place:)

The location in the old town. Also the appartment is situated in an old palace, a very special place to stay. The room was cosy, cute and had everything we need.

There was quite a lot of noise outside of fans/airco that turned on every couple of minutes.

Location is great, very central! Very clean and new apartment. The host is great and very helpful and responsive! Thanks a lot once again, ee enjoyed our stay a lot!

The apartment was stylishly decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. The air conditioning was very effective. A lot of care has clearly gone into the design of the apartment to give modern facilities without destroying the charm of the ancient building. The market behind is quite noisy if you leave the bathroom window open but it was all part of the charm. The market is an incredible place to visit. Daniela contacted us with suggestions of places to visit and recommendations of restaurants which was very helpful. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance and it felt safe walking around even at night. It was fun disappearing through the outside gate on the very busy street and being in a peaceful courtyard. It is only a small balcony but I rather enjoyed watching the neighbours children dropping toys off the balcony and then coming downstairs to pick them up. Also the friendly cat making its way through the courtyard. It made it seem more authentic and less touristy. We have never visited Palermo before and we had a lovely week exploring and eating delicious food. There are many good restaurants nearby, lots of small bars and everything was good value. We would happily stay here again. Sara and Anthony

big room, the person who welcomed us was very kind, the air condition is new and very good

the room was located behind the pictured building, outside the window there was a water pressure that made a lot of noise, behind the room there was a market with fish and fruit and if you lowered the window of the bathroom there was a strong smell, in 4 nights no one came to clean the room didn't even change the sheets and towels and we ended up with 2 rolls of toilet paper that they gave us at the beginning, we sent an email through booking but we didn't get any response
