First - the resort is not good for old people. They should carry a disclaimer Second - each time we want3d to eat, you need to wait for car as the restaurant is at a very steep level Third - Though chef was very nice and mild mannered....food was not up to the mark

GBLocation. Breathtaking views There is a good variety of food in the dining hall.. Satyajit, Dhiraj, Popoye, Vijin made us feel welcome. Great customer service.
1. Trek up and down a hill during torrential rain to access the dining area and the clubhouse was treacherous. 2. Insects debris on all inside windows. Whilst I appreciate its sub tropical location, it is not acceptable to have insect bodies everywhere inside property. 3. Leaking ceiling meant floor was wet and slippery. I had to request towels several times for wet floor before it was supplied. 4. No hot water for half my stay whicheant we were not able to use Jacuzzi or shower 5. I used spa facility and was asked to go back to my property for a shower. This meant I dressed back with oil all over my face and body and was slipping everywhere in torrential rain struggling to get back to my room for a shower. 6. Constant excuses by front office team asking us to compromise on facilities promised by the property.
