ILThe resort is beautiful with a lovely view, a huge room with a balcony. Dining room with excellent service. Clean. The view at this hotel is the thing. We were initially given a room with the roof of the building in front of it as the view. The room we were moved to also did not have the view of the valley advertised in the hotel photos. A bit disappointing. The hotel is built on a steep mountain and you need fitness to climb to the dining room or pool. There was no hot water to shower. We waited a long time as requested, and there was lukewarm water that ran out pretty quickly.
