Location is great! The driver that take you up and down to the room are excellent. Their driving skills are insane.

1. When we informed the property we’d be coming right after our wedding, no one bothered to wish us. My wife had pre-arranged room decorations, which they conveniently forgot. Instead, they asked us to leave the room for 30 minutes after our long drive—a last-minute effort we declined. 2. On the second day, we requested the bill but were told it couldn’t be issued since restaurant charges weren’t added yet. Despite reminders about our half-board plan, they were unware of it and waited for restaurant clearance instead of billing us for decorations and spa alone. Spa charges were wrongly labeled as table decorations, adding confusion due to price difference. The receptionist did not know what he was charging us for. Only after repeated corrections was the bill finally accurate. 3, We requested a packed breakfast for our 6:00 am check-out, asking for only sandwiches and asked specifically for no fruits, but they ignored this and added near-spoiled fruits. 4. We ordered alcohol through reception at around 4:00 pm as the property didn’t serve it, but there was no follow-up. The delivery came at 10:30 pm, hours after we’d gone to bed. 5. The food was consistently bad, with uncontrolled spice levels and excessively large portions despite our repeated requests for smaller portions. 6. We raised multiple issues on day two: bad service, a non-draining jacuzzi with no hot water, missed decorations, oversized food portions, basic housekeeping past 10:00 am, and a spa staff member unfamiliar with services. Housekeeping was ignored, leaving the tub dirty, no towels provided, and no clear instructions on the jacuzzi. 7. A candlelight dinner surprise was ruined when staff shared the plan with me instead of keeping it secret with my wife. After requesting the setup indoors, they placed it on a balcony infested with dead insects. They prioritized photographing the setup over moving it as requested. Dinner orders were not taken, making us wait an additional 40 minutes.

Excellent location with good food and a smiling Staff. I had booked this resort for 4 days for my elderly parents on their marriage anniversary. They had a comfortable stay and liked the food and services.

This hotel Doesn't accept visas and MasterCards despite saying that on the booking..com. They asked me to pay in cash 14k, while the total amount on booking.com, with taxes was around 12.6k. The reception staff has no expertise at all - they were calling for a long time to their management, and asking me to do a bank transfer (which takes about 20 min and cost for me extra 17 us dollars). Finally we agree to 11k cask payment - I didn't have more cash, it's remote, no ATM around. The whole process took around 1 hours. I was exhausted and ready to cry. Was calling booking.com and spending lots of money for the international call. After all of that, when I was in the room, they came to me again and asked to cancel my reservation since I paid less than 14k to them. Instead of the rest, it was a blood sucking process. I refused to cancel, so their cancelled themselves!!!! The room was not cozy, had extra folded bed. During night I could not sleep well - due to up and down of electricity their lights/airconditioner would go on automatically, and I would wake up.
