ININThe Property is located at a very serene, beautiful and quiet location. The Property is well maintained and is equipped with all the necessary things needed. There is a swimming pool and small club with some indoor games. In evening there is a spot where they do bonfire. Also for travelling within they have a car.
The food is not up to the mark. Breakfast is good but all the other things on ala-carte are not great. Further there was some construction going on. Also the location is very far off from the Madikeri town and is located on a steep hill.

INThe staff were very curteous and helpful. Food was awesome! Good mountain views from the room. The brooks near the hotel were enjoyable for kids (river stream). Overall had a great stay.
