Friendly staff great location lovely room

Nothing major but the second room did have a rather unpleasant smell from what I assume was the plumbing when running the shower.

Great view on the seafront - everything out the window is sea! Decent wifi and good size TV that works immediately with no working it out. Decent bathroom and shower (though I could see no way to turn the fan on). Everything else pretty standard for a room. Lift works. The breakfast was efficient and served at your seat, so I'm not sure what other goodies like cereals were available. Breakfast was VERY busy but never once did I bump into anyone in the corridors or lift so they must have been hiding everyone on the other floors.

A couple of carpet stains and one of the double glazed windows is blown. Had to ask for the wifi password - it should be standard to have that in the paperwork.

The whole of our stay was exceptionally good. Real service and attention provided by the staff.
