The Moo-tel at Moody Meadows

Was on the T5 bus route so you can easily get to New Quay or Aberaeron. We chose to walk to Aberaeron via the coastal path, was amazing. Facilities are great, brilliant to have the communal area with a fridge. Comfortable bed, great shower. Bar and Restaurant onside were brilliant, food was amazing, probably the best steak we've had in a long time.

Having to leave. We will stay longer next time.

I liked the decor

The bedding was really poor and the curtains were really bad at keeping out the light! It was like full daylight in the room at 5.30am…also no shower gel in the shower,no hairdryer and a £100 a night…overpriced

Very clean. Nice decor and vibe. The whole environment was very pleasant. Nice communal area. The on-site restaurant was really good. Food was excellent and a great ambiance. Dog friendly with a dog walking field. It is a great Motel ( as advertised) . Great for 1 or 2 nights.

Found it hard to wash in the sink, the hand wash was in the way. The shower only stayed on for about 10 seconds at a time which was annoying and you couldn’t regulate the temperature. The bed was abit hard for us.

Food was good though variable portions on different days for breakfast.

Location just off main A road, HGV vehicle noise during the night due to incline of the road. Doors in the accommodation had strong closers on the, difficult for people with limited mobility to open and hold open. As a result also difficult for them to stop the doors banging closed. Accessible wet room shower, unable to control flow, on or off. Unable to direct water so caused panic as difficult to be able to see and breath. Toilet seat had plastic bits sticking out so nightdress caught on them and nearly caused fall on a couple of times. Hand basin too small as awkward cleaning teeth and washing. Room on full view as people drive in to site, and people able to walk past, have to close curtains that then cuts down the light.

The style and decor of the rooms

Too many kids LOL. Then again I am a miserable goat and it is an awesome place for kids!!!
