The Moo-tel at Moody Meadows

Loved the old school shower! The communal kitchen / sitting area is an amazing addition, especially for those with young children. Loved the handmade bed, it was beautiful.

Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable, the mattress has had its day.

Stayed for 2 nights. Clean ,tidy .rooms and outside spaces. Food was good on the night we ate in the Restaurant. Staff were pleasant. We are older couples but anyone with children were well catered for as far as activities go. We saw adults and children kayaking. Play areas , play barn. There are some cows but unfortunately we didn't see them. It was easy to go and visit some different places as it was quite central.

We stayed in the Mootel and the banging of the corridor door was the only downside. Also the rooms looking onto the carpark could do with screening to give some privacy when sitting outside having a drink. The rooms on the otherside are ok as they look onto a grassed area. Would be good to have a couple of small chairs in the room so you don't have to sit on the bed. On the whole the place is very good and we would return.

Quirky rooms. Nice communal area. Something a little bit different. Nice to have small table and chairs outside each room (a small 'pateo' area outside as all rooms had pateo doors. Lovely farm shop with reasonable prices and lovely produce. A relaxed vibe in the bistro with live music one evening. Didn' t need to vacate rooms until 11 which is great esp with children and invalids Friendly lady cleaning the moo-tel - helpful Gentleman behind reception two evenings kindly offered help with wheelchair. We saw the Manager in a few places on site - very friendly and sociable. Chatting with the children, helpful in the restaurant. Good, observant staff at the Crazy Cow trampolines. Very clean and safety a priority. Something different for the family in such a convenient and central location (by car) Close to Aberaeron, New Quay, Llangrannog etc. Llanerchaeron is very close and worth a visit

Staff were mostly very good. One member of staff in the restaurant was very abrupt with us Rooms requested to be close but we were in opposite corridors One of our rooms was the adapted room so awkward to go back and forth to check on my imobile Mum the other end of the corridor Ramps etc generally good but areas need improvement

When visit my Mum in Aberaeron I often stay here. It’s reasonable, comfortable, has great facilities. There’s a kettle in the room but also a shared fridge/eating space for people. It’s impeccably clean. Across the car park is reception, a farm shop and the huge pub/restaurant which is open all day. It’s always really friendly.

The showers. One temperature, with one of those buttons you have to keep on pressing.

Restaurant was excellent. Location very good for visiting New Quay, Aberaeron and beautiful beaches of Penybryn, Aberporth, Tresaith and Mwnt. Bus stop on site if you don't want to drive
