All the staff were helpful and really friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. Patio furniture and communal kitchen were great bonuses. Great to have the restaurant open all day and a great place to meet local friends. Very dog friendly and good walks round and from the site. All areas were well maintained.

Very minor niggles re the accessible room shower which has an auto shutoff after only a few seconds and doesnt drain very efficiently. I'm not disabled but water running up to the toilet could be a problem for some.

Terrible bathroom. We had to move rooms from what we originally booked as we had a dog. So we were asked to stay in the accessible room. The bathroom is a wet room but the shower is fixed. So it aims at the toilet and the sink which made showering a little tricky. The shower spray doesn't even cover the shower seat which defeats the object of being accessible. Apparently this is a known issue , if we had known this prior to moving rooms I would not have agreed.

Everything was generally good, the food is also good, the menu didn't really match our personal preferences but unfair to criticise that really, the food we ordered absolutely fine with good service.

The bed wasn't super comfy but not terrible at the same time. the room was lovely, good value for money.
