Check in process was hectic on arrival and didnt feel like a luxury stay. Some staff were fantastic but others were a bit surly.

Limited activities on the resort. Tennis courts reservations should be for 1 hour long, not 2 hours. Also the courts should be available longer hours- from 7 am to 9 pm. Long walk to Spa Villas. Parking at Marina island was terrible.
MYStaff was very nice and helpful , service was amazing. But they were misleading with their information and suggestions
1. molding on bed and bathtub 2. Tv cant watch no programs 3. Windows and and wood things are very old and dirty 4. Hairdryer is unusable too weak 5. fan is shaking and about to fall 6 . lizards everywhere in the room and they pooped on my clothes 7 . buggy 20 mins wait time at most which is insane 8. trash in ocean infront of my villa and in emerald bay 9. massage is bad and not worth the money , ive been to massages that costs a quarter and feels way better , masseuses arent that skilled yet . Time of the massage is shorter from what they said 10. Food is horrible. Everything is bad besides chapmans bar . And everything is overpriced, 100 ringgit minimum per pax for everymeal

Every day the water around the resort is full of litter from the Streets of Melaka. Very unpleasant. Although the staff tries to keep the facilities clean (they clean the beaches every morning), some parts of the islands edges are really full of rubbish and debris.
SGspa was fantastic. excellent staff and service. good room layout and spacious. Super comfy beds.
