wunderschöne Anlage, traumhaft gelegen, das Resort um fasst eine eine ganze Insel, der Spabereich besteht aus einer eigenen Anlage und ist einzigartig, Frühstücksbuffet vereint europäische und asiatische Köstlichkeiten und alles wird frisch zubereitet. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten sich zu verweilen, ob bei Dschungel walk, Tennis oder Poollandschaften oder, Spabereich.

Leider kann man am Strand nicht baden. Auf der einen Seite sind viele Seeigel auf der anderen Meerseite herrscht eine Quallenplage.

The island itself is stunning, full of nature, and worth visiting. • The bed was very comfortable, and the room is spacious. • Without the air conditioning running, the room was quiet, and I slept well. • Emerald Bay has a beautiful beach (when clean). • The gym appeared to be well equipped, although I did not have the chance to use it as my stay was short. • Some staff members were friendly and helpful.

Room • The room (Garden View) feels outdated and would benefit from renovation. • Basic construction issues, such as gaps between door frames and doors. • The bathtub/small pool is impractical — it would take around 2 hours to fill. • Air conditioning and air filtration systems seemed dirty and were quite noisy. • Mosquito nets were ineffective due to gaps. Activities & Facilities • Paddleboards and kayaks are restricted to a very small area — you cannot explore around the island. • These activities are not free, unlike many 4-star hotels. • No group option for jungle trekking, which made it uncomfortable to go alone. • Sports equipment was in poor condition: • The football was so hard it felt like kicking a stone • Basketballs lacked sufficient air • Very limited activities overall — the stay becomes boring after 2–3 days. • The island’s potential is not fully utilized. Spa & Booking System • Everything must be booked in advance, including restaurants. • Could not get a last-minute spa appointment despite availability hours (open until 19:00). • No flexibility for short stays. Food • Limited options (3–4 restaurants only). • Food does not meet 5-star expectations. • Breakfast quality is below many 4-star hotels. Staff • Overall service felt average. • Assigned contact person was not proactive and often replied late. Other Issues • Trash in the sea (both Emerald Bay and hotel side). • Some fire extinguishers appeared to be past their validity date. • No direct path between rooms and main areas — requires walking a long detour.
