Very tastefully decorated. Large comfy beds. Right next to sea front with free parking. Good selection of books to read / swap.

One of the showers has a very high step and not safe for someone with reduced mobility. Salt and pepper available but for the price point disappointing to not have tea or coffee. Cooker not working and no instructions available in the manual for the flat. I did get a call back when reporting this and was told I wouldn't be charged the extra £25 I was being charged for checking my parents out later. Rather than having instruction manuals thrown into a poly pocket it would be good to have clear steps for each. Had I not been in the property my parents would have assumed the heating button on the wall was just a clock.

location and quite from the Hussle of the town Centre. property fabulous for my 80year old dad as no steps. lovely that we had 2 bathrooms.

heating in room with large bathroom, went off at night and my dad had to double up bedcovers and blanket to keep warn to sleep. also the key code box was hard to close, took about 10 mins to work it out.

Great location and well maintained accommodation.

2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. Great for a mother and daughter. It was very well equipped and so comfortable. We loved the porch area where we had sea views and could sit with a coffee or wine!! Ramp access as well as steps enabled easy access for my mother. Easy to walk into the town along the front.

The only issue we had was that we were a bit chilly and couldn’t work out how to turn the heating up. However we had very prompt replies when we messaged the property managers so we got that sorted. No complaints at all about the property. It was wonderful.

Location Interior layout with two separate bedrooms and on-suites either side of lounge/kitchen area. Good selection of kitchen equipment.

Perfect location for the Southwold marathon, lovely accommodation for us and my daughter and son in law spotlessly clean really comfy beds ! Excellent location for beach town etc would love to return ! Weather was also very kind

No complaints really except in a perfect world sofas ok for our short stay as we didn’t use them much but if weather was bad wouldn’t have found them very comfortable to relax in !

Great location, nice set up for 2 couples Very well stocked with all equipment and utensils.

The settee, not comfortable and squashed for 2 adults. A comfy settee and chairs would make it perfect. The electric fire didn't work.
