The location and view are absolutely wonderful, for our purposes, it was exactly where we’d want to be when we return to Liverpool. Close enough to walk to what we wanted, not immediately in the noisy/dense craziness of Liverpool One. Unbeatable views.

For whatever reason, the floors were consistently and constantly dusty. The laundry machine is a little under powered for drying in particular and they could do a better job explaining how trash and other features should work. I also found the key situation annoying but manageable, it would make sense to be able to pickup and drop off keys at the building especially as they have staffing and/or seemingly a secure mail facility or kiosks you could use.

+ Managed by a Company, not privately owned. + Apartment is Luxury + Views are great over Liverpool. + Has all the amenities you'd need + Location is ideal + Safety is 100% in the property due to door fobs + Had to speak to Customer Service several times; they were super nice and quick to answer. + Shower + Amenities are of very good quality. + Wifi was fine for the business meeting. + Netflix on the TV + There was water in the fridge, tea, and coffee available BUT THE SITE IS MISSING IMPORTANT INFORMATION.........................

I hate to do this because the apartment itself was great, but as a business owner, I believe in fair and transparent business dealings. I feel the Consumer has the right to know this information upfront. This information was missing from booking.com at the very least, and contrary to advice, booking.com says about signing agreements and giving information away! - Parking next door £24 for 24 hours - You pay a £500 refundable damage deposit OR a £39 non-refundable damage deposit. - You want to check in before 16:00 - Pay £20 extra. Before 14:00, then pay £30 goes up to £50 from 13:00 - You want to check out after 10:00 - Pay £20, etc - £25 per hour if you do not pre-purchase a late checkout. (10:00 am checkout) - Pick up keys at the shop, which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. - Drop off keys at Shop which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment. - The company running the apartment will message you with tons of links. Despite booking.com saying don't click links. - You MUST sign a legally binding contract which permits them to take funds from your account if you damage property. - Non-refundable cancellation. Therefore, contract entrapment occurs when you have no choice but to sign the contract pending dispute. - Water was turned off when I arrived had to ring customer service. - No wifi password, had to speak to customer service again. - Must give them a copy of your driver's licence or Passport. - It was a little dirty in places. - Attached images of the contract to see what you're signing up to. Everyone has a right to read the "SERVICED APARTMENT BOOKING AGREEMENT" before making the actual booking via booking.com. You are forced into a separate agreement once you've booked, as the booking is non-refundable. This is my business gripe. Overall, I think it's overpriced and has too many headaches and risks to tell you the truth. Spend £££ staying in luxary hotel instead.

The location was excellent and the views from the apartment were exceptional. The apartment was clean, comfortable and warm. There were three lifts so always one available and a room to take your rubbish. The area felt safe and a small Sainsburys nearby. Easy to walk to main parts of the city. Will definitely try and stay here again.

If given two keys as standard, an ironing board and spare bin bags provided
