Charlotte House, entire private house, close to city centre, WiFi

The central location and the paid parking facility. We could easily walk to the venue our conference was taking place knowing our car was safe from getting a parking ticket. There was enough space for 4 adults to comfortably use the living/kitchen area. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery/crockery etc.

The stairs to the bedrooms were quite steep.

Great location for the Peak District and amenities in Sheffield. Enough rooms and beds for 6 people. Easy to get hold of staff if need be.

The property was near to our workplace and in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of local amenities nearby. Would look at staying again if I was in the area.

It was clean and had everything we needed. The parking was a bonus.

Steep stairs

Nicely decorated house which was nice and clean and in a good location for the city centre.

Damage to the floor in the kitchen covered by a rug. Needs mending really.

The booking process and having to provide more personal data to a third party website. Stairs are very steep.

The kitchen and its contents were grubby. Dining table too small and living room layout awkward and not very comfortable.

Lovely home. Exactly how it was on pictures. Clean, smells good and had no real problems at all

Clean and well presented

No soap etc in the bathroom. But lots of bubble bath. Don’t mind either way, just need to know beforehand. Bathroom door lock did not work. Home made bread, nice touch, but no butter or spreads. No milk in the fridge.
